Name, email, company name, DOT/MC number, financial data you enter, documents uploaded to the Vault, AI interaction data (including prompts and responses from Co-Driver AI and Fraud Guard), and usage data.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Platform, process payments, send account notifications, improve features, power AI-assisted analysis, and respond to support requests.

3. Anonymized Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data for industry research. Your individual data will never be sold or shared in identifiable form.

4. AI Processing

We use artificial intelligence to power features including Co-Driver AI and Fraud Guard. This involves processing your account, financial, and document data through:

Anthropic's Claude API (and such other AI infrastructure as we may use from time to time, as disclosed in our Third-Party Services list or account notices)

Data sent to AI providers for generating a response is not used by those providers to train their general-purpose models, except where required by law or where you separately opt in. We retain AI interaction logs for 90 days for quality and support purposes.

Attorney review: Confirm this matches the API-specific data usage terms of each AI vendor in use (Anthropic API terms differ from consumer product terms). Adjust retention period if operational practice differs.
