Load Check: The Dispatcher's Version of Run It

A dispatcher assigning loads across a fleet needs the same instant profitability answer a driver gets from Run It — except now it has to account for which specific unit is taking the load, since every truck in a fleet has its own cost profile.

Load Check takes a lane and a rate, checks it against the specific unit being assigned, and returns a verdict — TAKE IT or PASS IT — built from that unit's actual cost-per-mile, not a fleet-wide average that might be wrong for that particular truck.
